BP_GEN not working due to RFC error

Hi,

I’m using transaction BP_GEN to add users to my freshly installed and configured SOLMAN SPS 06, but when I select my managed system I get the following error – BP_GEN_Error.png

I’ve created the following RFC’s during managed system configuration: RFC_destinations.png

Using SM59 they seem to work.

Maybe you know what might be the problem?

Hi,

this is the authorsation issue, check the user in the RFC, has the read access or not.

Best approach dont create manually RFC using sm59, and using the options as "Update Rfc".

Use solman_setup, system itself creates user and required RFC for you and assign needed authrisation.

Thanks, but now I'm getting another error:

User SM_ASM does not have RFC authorization for function group SZAK

Could you please guide me in detail how to add this authorization to the user?

PFCG --> Z_RFC_SOLMAN

goto authorization tab --> change authorization tab

click +manually

enter s_rfc

ctivity : *

ame of RFC to be protected: SZAK

ype of RFC object to be prote FUGR

click save & generate.

move to user tab --> add SM_ASM in the user --> user comparison.
