Program ECRM_GENERATE_EVERH

Dear Experts

When we run Program       ECRM_GENERATE_EVERH it allocates a single template/product  to every utility contract

but we have made different MDT for different products.

Dear Christian,

The solution in the forum is a custom development .This has not been mentioned as a standard procedure. Is it mandatory?

Hi Rajat,

if you want the correct product assigned in EVERH for existing contracts this custom development is necessary. The standard functionality will always only assign the customized dummy product to existing IS-U contracts.

this depends on the complexity of your products.  By standard, the program will try to determine the correct product based on some simple evaluation path.  If it can determine the product (eg there is only one per division) then it will find it and populate that entry in EVERH.  If it cannot determine a product, then it will use the dummy product value.  This is standard behavior.  If that is not sufficient, then you should copy and enhance the program so that the products are determined to your satisfaction.
