Failover cluster on HP-UX platforms

Hello everyone,

We´re planning to do a migration/implementation of our own SAP systems with Failover Cluster, nowadays they are running over HP-UX + Oracle 10.2.0.5) and for this my first question is if it is possible to implement on HP-UX platform this type of technology of Failover Cluster?! If so... how can I do that? Can you tell me which the name of the technology that sap support in this type of platforms? Any useful information?!

Yes , you can implement failover cluster environement with HP-UX OS.

HP provides high-availability solution for SAP which is call "HP serviceguard extension for SAP".
