500 SAP Internal Server Error in NWBC 3.5 and ECC 6 EHP 6

Dear Experts,

We are trying to configure NWBC 3.5 with ECC 6 EHP 6 system.

After completion of configuration steps

1) Enable enhanced POWER list functionality in the Switch Framework

(SFw)

2)Configuration of the Internet Communication Manager (ICM)

3)Configuration of the Internet Communication Framework (ICF)

4)Adding Entries in SSM_CUST table

While we are using TX NWBC then we can see cockpit in Browser but when

we are trying to connect with NWBC 3.5 we are getting error as "500 SAP

Internal Server Error

And when opened in Web browser "500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Value '26' not permitted for parameter 'FORMAT' <<<".

System Details:

Kernal Release: 720 SP lvl:68

Basis Release: 731 SAPKB73101

OS:Windows Server 2008 R2

DB: MS SQL server2008

Any inputs on this since this is very urgent?

Dear Sumit,

Your Kernel version is very old if you are using: SAPKB73101.

Would recommend upgrading to Kernel 720 Patch 314

Do you get the same the same error:

"500 SAP Internal Server Error 

ERROR: Value '26' not permitted for parameter 'FORMAT'

for Web Services other than NWBC?

I had a similar issue and upgraded the kernel and the issue resoved.
