there any chance to maintain LISTING process and CMIR to one customer?

Dear sd masters i need one requirement plz check

       i have 4 customers like 1,2,3,4 and i have 5 products like a,b,c,d,e so here we maintained listing process to customer 1

ex customer 1

listing items are A,B,D,E and exclusion is C

And we maintained CMIR to same customer ....1

Suppose if customer 1 order some x product we use to give C   bz Some months Customer used to buy material X but recently they changed name of the product and now the product name is C

           SO here my requirement is listing process should be applied to customer 1

AND CMIR ALSO should apply to customer 1

bz  for customer 1 C is exclusion ...but  IN CMIR  we want to maintain C PRODUCT instead of X

               here i am thinking simply we can maintain product proposal and cmir but is there any chance to maintain LISTING process and CMIR to one customer?
