Transportation Pricing

Dear All,

i have a transportation pricing requirement,Please advise

The client wants a standard header amount for a single route Ex - 500 SAR truck of 10 Ton and 1000 SAR for truck of 20 Ton and the cost will be different based on the route ( which will be within the city ( Route -1  and out of the city route - 2 )

This header amount should get distributed to all the possible deliveries in the respective shipmnent document based on the total weight of the respective deliveries.

Hi RM,

Your requriement is pretty much SAP standard scenario.

Just create condtion table for Truck type and route combination, so as it will pick the right price.

Apportionment to the deliveries is given in Item category definition screen.  Please make the requried setting, so as it will apportion to all the deliveries in the shipment as per your requirement.

Pleaes follow below steps:

menupath: IMG-LE-TRANSPORTATION-SHIPMENT COST-PRICING-PRICING CONTROL

1. Create shipment cost condition table with Route/shipto party city

2. create access sequence

3. create condition type and assing access sequence

4. Define and assing procedure

5.Define and assign shipping type procedure group

6.Define and assign item procedure group

7.Define service agent procedure group

8.Maintain pricing procedure

9.Define pricing procedure determination for shipment costs

10.Create shipment cost condition record TK11

then check at sap easy access screen

1. Create Shipment cost if is manual condition you have to amintained fright condition manually if automatic it will come automatically from master condition record.
