Hi Experts,
I'm new to Empties Management and have got a requirement in which I've some queries:
[1] Can Empties Management be used with Customer Consignment process?
[2] How to do goods receipt for the empties?
(as when we send it to the customer, sales BOM explodes in sales order and untied empties appear as different line items along with the full product .e.g. Beer is the full product and crates and pallets are untied empties. But when it will be received back even bottles will be untied empties.)
[3] What are the T Codes used in both the processes i.e. when we send it to the customer and when we receive back the empties. ?
Kindly share your views.
Thanks in advance.
Regards.
Manoj

Hi Rajesh,
Thanks for your reply.
I've gone through these links, but couldn't understand the process flow.
According to my understanding:-
We send the full material(FERT) with BOM components bottles, crates and pallets(LGUT).
System updates the quantities/values in TCode /BEV1/EMS at the time of billing.
[3] When customer send us back the empties, how do we do the goods receipt?
[4] What are the TCodes involved in the process?
We are not charging the customer for the empties, only if returned empties quantity is less than supplied, we have to raise a debit note.
Please provide some inputs.
Regards.
Manoj
