Printer Set up in ITS

Hi All,

I am unable to print a form at default printer. i spoke to basis and they are yet to configure set up in ITS . . I dont see any problem in SAP GUI.

When i pass LOCL (local ) as output device ( in Control parameters ,Output options) and the print has to go to default printer .Its not happening now .

Could any Basis peple or Tech people help me out how the print set up happens in ITS .

Hello Pradeep

What is your ITS version? Integrated (6.40) or standalone (6.20)?

In the case you are using the integrated ITS 640 please follow the

instructions given in note:

In the case you are using the standalone ITS 620 the note:

#351230 Front-end printing with HTML GUI/WebGUI

You have to setup the device type PDF1 in both cases.
