Communication channel error

Helloo Everybody,

I have deployed oracle JAR file for JDBC driver, everything works fine here.

But when i press any button in communication channel monitoring it is giving me an error like

Hi,

Check your Support Package level. All the Java stack must be in the same SP level.

Also, it's recommended to update the XI components to the latest patch level available.

May be the Jar file u r using is not compatiable with PI , try new version JAR file .

Note 1178418 Nullpointer Exception in Channel Monitoring, fits this error description. Apply this solution, if it is relevant to your current SP and PL levels.

I dont think it is a driver error, stop and start the channel and run the interface.
