Service Contract and SLA for Support Message

Hi

I have some doubt about using Sevice Contract and SLA for Support Message. In the "Service Desk Additional Information" doc. mentioned the prerequisites for automatic contract determination when a Support message is created, one of them is:

The Sales Organization and the sales channel must be the same than Service notification (Support Mesage) and the same apply for Service Organization.

But in the Support Message there is not such tab to fulfilled with that information and is not getting from the Sold-to Party Master Data automatically. Therefore there is no any contract determination when Supp. message is being created.

Could some tell me if there is another view or missing customization??

Hello Efrain,

I think that you have to assign Sold-to-party to the satellite from which you get the message in IB52.

When you define the BP for the Sold-to-party you have a Sales Area Data button where you can enter:

Sales Organization

Distribution Channel

Division

I did it Dolores, but non contract is brought to Support Message when Sold to Party is fullfiled.

Any other suggestion?
