Unable to delete delivery

Hi,

i have created an outbound delivery with 2 items (HU Managed Sloc).

These 2 Items are in 2 different storage types so system has created 2 TOs to pick these Items.

One TO is confirmed and One is still Open.

Now I had to delete this OBD so I followed following steps.

1)  since In confirmed TO case, Original HU from Shelf is changedwith new HU in Delivery packing screen, I emptied the new HU and repacked back in Original HU number from Shelf. Then I deleted the  New HU in delivery packing screen.

2) I Unassigned the repacked HU from Delivery.

3) I cancelled unconfirmed TO.

4) Created a new TO to move HU back from transfer area to original Shelf.

Now When I go to delete this delivery, system throws error"Item 1 has already been made available by a transfer order"

Can anyone guid eme how to handle this case?

hi,

you can either try with LT0G & after that try reversal throigh VI09 OR deletion.

If this does not work out then you can forcefully complete the delivery using vl_complete & then create a new.

Since you have confirmed the one transfer order you can not delete.So you need to pack the delivery ,confirm the to then do PGI.

After PGI do Vl09 transaction to cancel the material document.

Then system will allow you remove the handling units for deleting the delivery.

I am able to remove HU from delivery but not able to delete delivery.

I face this issue when I try to delete delivery.

Dear,

I think you have to reverse all the procedure which you already made in Delivery then you can delete delivery in header level.

What is OBD deliver document flow.If possible can you attach the screen.So that we can provide required information.
