Sap abap trail version pre installation and post installation works

Hello everyone, i downloaded sap abap trail version and installed as suggested in the document came with the download but i cannot start the sap logon and some problems in database all those things. Errors like " partner '127.0.0.1:sapdp00' not reached WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused " are coming.

So please experts can you people give me detailed steps how to install SAP ABAP TRAIL version. like

Pre installation works, like what to do before installing sap abap trail version like setting loop back adapter those all things

Post installation, like how to configure sap system, ids, passwords..

Help will be appreciated ..
