Auto Usage Decision for both ok or not ok results

Dear Experts,

As per standard we can set auto usage decision and system does it for lots which all results recorder and accepted. I wish to ask you how to set auto/background usage decision for lots which results not ok. i.e. if results ok then UD = Accepted and if results not ok then UD = Rejected.

Hello Sachin,

I don't think there is any standard way to achieve this.

1. You can use QA10 to give cumulative UD to several inspection lots. Here you can set REJ as UD code. The only requisite is, all MICs should have been valuated up to status 5
2. Unfortunately MIC valuations as either reject or accept are not taken in to consideration here. Hence this could not be as useful.
3. The logic behind this could be, if a lot contains 5 MICs and out of 5, 2 are rejected then system should proceed for Reject UD or if 3 MICs are rejected then system to proceed for this UD?
4. This relation is user specific and hence there is not standard way to achieve this.
5. Check whether exit QEVA0010 is useful here.
