I have the below requirement in returnable Packaging.
Company sells its product along with crates as returnable packaging to distributor A so some 100 crates will also be issues to Distributor A.
Now Distributor A will sell the products to his customers in the market along with the crates.
The issue is Now the distributor closes his business with the company and he is replaced with Distributor B.
Still in the market there are crates which are issued by the distributor A ,So Distributor B is responsible to bring back the crates which are issued by Distributor A.
In this case Distributor B has to bring more crates to the company than the actual no of crates issued. Standard’s in SAP also will not allow to receive excess crates in Returnable Packaging Pick-Up .
Need your Expert opinion to address this issue.
