we maintain collective requirement in mmr when we want to transfer orders to mrp based on week wise or monthly wise , or day wise
but i don't know the particular month or hole day ,or week where we maintain

Your explanation is not clear. Please search in Google with this text (Collective requirement) since it has been discussed many times here. Still if your issue is unaddressed, please post what exactly you are looking for.

if i want to maintain collective requirement for 10 days i mean these 10 days sales orders will be passed to MRP Team for production

Try with Factory calendar for plant, where MRP will take place.
In that factory calander, you can have those 10 days as working and rest days in the month as holiday.
