Use Mass Data for Get list wrong number of records

Hi guys

I tried to use  Mass Data for Get list + Bulk enabling of Get Detail for a particular  Data object that have huge data in then ERP.

When I started the doe initial load it was working great (like a charm)., but when a tried the next sdoe load (not initital) and the DOE made a mistake.

I set the BACKEND_PACKAGE_SIZE = 500 and I have 2000000 recods in the CDS, I set the DOE_PACKAGE_SIZE = 500.

The first queue get 500 records to do the diferential , but Instead to do the diferential only with the 500 records. The DOE did with 2000000 in the CDS resulting in deletion of 2000000 - 500 records. In the end of process I have only 500 records in my CDS.

I should have 2000000 , because no records was inserted or deleted in the ERP

If I try load again, the result is 2000000 and the DOE still alternating between the correct amount (2000000) and BACKEND_PACKAGE_SIZE value (500) if I continue do the load.

What is wrong ?, is there any note for correct this behave ?

I was using Netnet 7.10 Sp 14 and applied all the composition notes, The mobile gateway 1.1 SP 8

I found the problem, I used a Character key withou fill all the lenght of key.

I change for a cnum field and now works.
