Dear friends:

   We have some cases where employees get delimited their record in table T77UA, since they are no longer granted to supervision role for example. Then all of a sudden they can not see even their own data in the ESS... do you have any experience on this? how we could work these kind of cases?

Sounds like your ESS role is not correctly (or at all...) defined for authorirzations via P_PERNR.

You will need to provide more information if you want opinions. This means, You will need to understand the reason and which semantics the objects have in the PFCG roles and the structural profiles.

Otherwise you will only get a lot of speculative answers, or links to documentation...
