creating ABAP class in XI for ABAP mapping

Hi All,

While creating ABAP class in SE80 XI I am getting following message.

“You are not registered as a

developer.

Please register in the Online

Service System (OSS).

In the OSS you will receive

an access key.”

Plz guide which role I required to do ABAP mapping/class creation.

ihope creating abap class , you need the OSS..

but if you start the name with Z or Y , you dont need it try..

you dont need a object key in that case; this thread is about developer keys.

whenever you want to develop in R/3 you need a developer key <u>as the colleaques said.</u>

Hi Rohan,

as i told you. You need a developer key. If you want to change SAP namespace (everything except objectname starting with 'y' or 'z') you need additional an object key.

for developing abap you need a developer key. You can get it with the corresponding authorisation at <a href="https://websmp209.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000103676&_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202&">SAP OSS</a>.
