GL Account description not display..

In Account Assignment Frame .. GL account Description and Assigned to description not display.. any one facing this problem?

Hi John,

In Shopping Cart in my system,I am in SRM 5.5 Support pack 4 ,i am in position to see GL Account details like

609802001 Utilities Electricit

There is a SAP note in this issue and that is quiet old note.

Note 701650 - 'Cost assignment' tab page is missing.

Please provide more details if this does not solve.

Hi John,

Can u elaborate on your problem.

There is a BADI which is used to change the document.

BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI,This BADI can be used .

To get the GL account details.

You can use FM 's can be looked at.

META_GLACCOUNT_GETDETAIL Get Details from G/L Account

META_GLACCOUNT_GETLIST List of G/L Accounts

Incase this does not solve your issue,please write your problem in details.

Your statement does not make your problem clear whether it is appreaing in SC or PO and what scenario you are implementation and what is your support pack level.

Is this happening in all the account assignment categories (like Cost center, WBS Element, Project, Asset, etc), once the same is selcted from Drop-down list in the Cost assignment tab section ?

Which SAP version you are currently using ?
