Can we install NWBC 3.5 on ECC 6.0 + EHP4

Hello Experts,

I want to configure NWBC 3.5 on ECC 6.0 + EHP4.I read somewhere that system should be on SPS6 but due to time restriction it is very difficult for us to apply whole SPS. So can anybody tell me which mandatory components required for activating NWBC 3.5?
