Hi,

Use your Data carrier type as KPRO, by this whenever u stored ur document from any of the external system , document get stored in Content Repository or in normal words stored in SAP directory in its database.

hi,

Another thing is that, when u r using KPRO as data carrier type then u r unable to reterive the file physically from that directory, but if u want to reterive it than u need to open the particular transaction in display mode and then opened the attached document and if u want to save in local system then download, but if u want that all documents of that directory in local system then sorry it is not possible.

THE STORAGE CATEGORY WHEN USING CV02N SHOWS SAP-SYSTEM BUT

1. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PATH THE DOCUMENT IS STORED IN?

2.THE SAP DATABSE USES A DEFAULT PATH "C:\USR\SAP

SID\SYS\GLOBAL", WHEN I CHECK THE FILE ON MY SERVER THE DOCUMENT WASNT THERE.

HOW DO I SET A LOCATION ON MY SERVER WHERE THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ARE SAVED
