Transport a webdynpro application from one server to anothersport

Hi,  How can i transport a webdynpro application from one server to another?I am not familiar with transporting process...Also,please don't reply that basis team can help me...

Hey Lavanya,

(This will help you to transport from development system to quality system)

Whatever you have developed all you would have saved in one request.

So you need to trasport that request to Quality .

1.Go to se01

2. Give Request and click on display

3. Now expand the request you will see a subnode that is task.

4. Click on Task and click on Release Icon( Truck Symbol )

    It will release task

5. Click on Requst and click o Release Icon( Truck Symbol )

    It will release request to quality

In Quallity you have to import the request

Hi Lavanya,

           While creating a Webdynpro Application you will assign a transport request to corresponding Component.

  For transporation follow the below step-

In Development Server-

1-GoTO Transaction SE09

2-Click on Request no.

3-GOTO Request/Task----->Completecheck

4-If there is any error then fix it otherwise while Transportation it will give error

5-again select Transport Request and press F9.

In Quality Server

1-GoTO transaction STMS

2-Press F5
