Duet Enterprise Workflow:: Issue in sending work item from ERP to SCL Server

Hello experts,

Good Day.  I have configured duet e workflow. everything seems fine at configuration.

The Job with ABAP Programm-  RSWNSEL running  fine in ERP

but the JOB with ABAP Programm -  S_OSP_WF_ITEM_SELECTION faling .

I checked the error log in slg1 in ERP for ABAP Programme- S_OSP_WF_ITEM_SELECTION

Error

Users not maintained; Check the Device Manager or User Management Engine.

Could you please suggest where is the issue.

Hi Shashanka,

we had the exact same error message in our environment. Missing of user subscriptions can be the problem cause (although we got in that case another message in SLG1: "No unread WorkItem Notifications"), but it also might be on connectivity level: missing or incorrect RFC G Connection from backend to GW server.

In case of your backend < NW 7.31: check settings in LPCONFIG + SM59

In case of your backend = NW 7.31: check settings in SOAMANAGER + SM59

The RFC connection must be active, SAP Logon Ticket enabled, and basic authentication.

Hi Shashanka,

did you already do the User Subscription on SharePoint? Only users who were granted access to the Task in SharePoint can receive workflow items.
