Deleting Messages in PI 7.1

Hi,

We are facing problem in deleting messages which are using IDOC adapter  in PI (ABAP), implies only those messages which PI is sending to SAP.

All the messaged fulfill the criteria for deletion of retention period and message status and adapter status. Any help is appreciated.

No we don have acknowledgement configured.
