Help.sap.com is slow

Hi,

Is anyone having problems with some of links that are provided here that reference to help.sap.com. It is taking forever to load the page and sometimes it would stop. How would I request from SAP to send a CD or something instead of having to wait for the page to load.

Any ideas?
