No suitable text provided to send incident to SAP

Dear All;

When I use the incident managemet system to create an incident message to it to sap directly using the components "No suitable text provided to send incident to SAP."

A note to mention here is that i am able to send successfully the incident message to although this error appears to me.

I need to be make sure that the error does not appear to the user who used the incident management system.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Kamil,

I have checked the note and it cannot be implemented in our system since we are in SolMan 7.1 SP08 w/ support package SAPKITL708. The correction instruction in the note only applies to SAPKITL701-SAPKITL702.

Hi Amal,

To be able to send the incident message to SAP, you must have a text type "Information for SAP".

Please try to add this text type and see if the error remains.

In spro->sap solution manager -> Capablities -> Application Incident Management -> Test Determination Procedure -> Define Text objects and Text types
