Costa Gustavo.
Hi,
I have exactly the same problem with NW 2004s (Solution Manager 4.0) Win2003 Server SP1 and Oracle 10g
At first iSQL*Plus started just fine, the problem appeared after windows reboot. I've tried everything (I guess) but nothing seems to help.
TIP: If you have multiple oracle homes on the server, remove ORACLE_HOME from environment variables. That might do the trick (If you have multiple oracle homes).
I don't have multiple oracle homes and that did not help in my case.
Anyone... please help us!
Thanks and Regards,
Tommi

read your message:
The following information is part of the event: Failed to find ORACLE_HOME
So, you need to set your ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID environment variables. you can add them this way:
right-click on My Computer
choose Properties
click on ADVANCED tab
click on Environment variable
Add it there!
Good luck
