Hi Gurus,
We have successfully configured multiple MSAD LDAP's from Java UME configuration. We can see users in the parent domain and sub-domains of the first LDAP (ldap1) and all users can authenticate successfully. We are able to see users from the second LDAP as well (ldap2) and the users that are visible can authenticate successfully. But new users created in ldap2 do not show up in the UME and of course cannot authenticate either. The new account and an old account are both in the same OU. The old account is visible and can authenticate but the new account, created after the UME - AD configuration was setup, is not visible in UME nor does authentication work.
I have restarted the Java server to potentially reload the LDAP links but no luck -- new accounts still not visible.
Any clue as to what the issue might be?
Thanks much & regards.
Ashok
We fixed this -- this was due to a negative filter in the xml.
