Agreement individual template

Hi Colleagues,

I´m seeing in wave 9 a discrepancy between workbooks for agreements.

Inside the contract importer we have the 2 correct

Templates available to download: Master Agreement template and Sub- Agreement template

But there is another way to download individual templates (the old way) in which you can Go to setup -> system admin tab->import data -> use a

"seed" template, select the data object to get the Agreements template.

The options of data objects are Master Agreements and

AGREEMENTS (there is no subagreements, though i guess in this case it´s the same thing

as Agreements).

That template you download from that option is different from the one you get from

the contract importer, and it doesn´t have the field FILE_NAME that you use to reference a contract document…

Have you seen this before? Is there a reason for that or it is just an error we need to solve?

Hi Natalia,

MA template from Setup > Import area has been in the product for quite some time and contract document importer is relatively new. I believe you can only import the MA meta data from the setup à import, not the contract documents. For contract document you need to use Contract Importer.
