Cannot display transport settings in seb service administration

Hi,

We are in case the web service is executed through the a Web Dispatcher and the web service definition has to be configured to return the Web Dispatcher host and port as the web service end point.

In SOAMANAGER, configuration tab of our web service, we cannot display the Transport Settings tab where we could specify the Alternative Host Name and Alternative Port Number properties.

Our system component is:

SAP_BASIS 702 0011 SAPKB70211 SAP Basis Component

I think that the main problem comes from wrong database table values (like SRT_SA_APPL).

because we have upgraded our system and we have applied the following SAP Note :

But:

Property 'http://www.sap.com/webas/630/soap/features/runtime:RTConfigMetaInfo'

is still not valid in our property list.

I have implemented note Sap Note 1704862 and it solved problem.

I am not sure whether the SAP has released note or not? If possible try to get from SAP.
