Shipping tab missing in Stock transport order (ME21n)

Hi

We have recently upgraded from SAP 4.7 to ECC6.0.

We have a strange issue when creating Plant to Plant (within same company) stock transport orders with transaction ME21N:

We are entering the item data for the first time and no "Shipping" tab appears in the line item in the purchase order.

If we then delete the item and enter it again, the "Shipping" tab appears!

Sounds like a bug to me.

Have anyone experience for the same kind of problem?
What are the prerequisites for the Shipping tab to appear in the PO? Anyone with an idea?

Hi Lars,

Try these

Step 1: Maintaining Shipping point determination OVLK

Step 2: Defining Shipping data for both the plants by navigating to IMG- MM-Purchasing- PO- Setup stock transfer order. (enter Sales area as well as customer no.)

Step 3: Assigning Delivery type and checking rule..
