DSU Execution Error on SERVER

Hi ALL!

I'm with a problem of the step 5 (preprocessing) the EHPi (Upgrade EHP1 to EHP2) When i click in NEXT the flap J2EE is report the log error below:

Unable to execute the SDT request Java_EE operation pre-execute on hostname atlsapgrc-dev instance 00

Initialization of sync events failed. See following messages.

Preparing execution of modules UPGRADE_PREPROCESSING,PREDOWNTIME failed. See previous messages.

Java Upgrade tool is running, but not started by this request handler. Please stop the tool and try again.   

Can someone please help me?

* Ps.: I already restarted the EHPi, but the error continued!

This is due a port conflict. This issue has been discussed before.
