Hi All
Is there any possibility to change the default layout that a new user gets when he logs in to EasyDMS?
At logon the columns are: Document description, File name, Status description, Type, Document number, Version, Storage location, Last changed, User, Part, Auth group.
I ´don't want all of the columns and have them in a different order.
I see a workaround to create an global layout with the columns that I want and then apply it to the user with function EASYDMS_SET_PREFS, but I'd rather have the default layout changed.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
normally the users of EasyDMS can create or edit the layout by using the layout functions in the EasyDMS menu. If you want to control this centrally you have to define a kind of sample layout and assign it to new users by using the mentioned function module.
Best regards,
Christoph
