XI - SLD Access

Hi,

I can't access the SLD. Can anyone help me? Here's the error message:

Application error occurred during request processing.

Details: com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Found no client for parameter: null, useragent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1)

Hi Reuben,

if by above SLD does not open, go to transation SLDCHECK......see if anything red is there......by this transaction also SLD should open in a new window....

what is the output of this transaction........

transaction SLDCHECK still produces the following message: Application error occurred during request processing.

However, it does not highlight any text in red in R/3.

Hi,

I think you are using Mozilla as your internet explorer. Might be not supporting or compatible with your Service pack. Try to download Internet explorer and check if you still have the error.

when you opned XI homepage, it opened in IE or Mozilla.........please tell....

I opened the XI Home Page in IE7 and not Mozilla.

IE7 is compatible only with XI service pack19 or PI Service Pack10. Try a lower version of IE.

Open SXMB_IFR......Click on SLD........See if SLD opens....
