IDoc Acknowledgments into a Single File

Hi Folks

I need to have  an  entire day's acknowledgment Idocs to be passed as single file to target system

The interface will run once a day sending a file having data from all the Idocs came into XI in a single day.

Please provide me the steps for BPM as well as steps if BPM can be avoided .

I am on XI 3.0

Hi,

this can be done without any BPM at all -

schedule creating of an ALEAUD IDOC from your ERP system once a day

but in the port specify ABAP port instead of the RFC port to PI - with check: "send with schedule program"

now also once a day schedule a report which will read all ALEAUD IDOCs and send them all in one message (XML or again IDOC) to PI and change the statuses of all IDOCs to processed

this way no BPM is necessary and you can have one file with all acknowledgments

Can this also be done following stephen's blog

creating an XMl port ,because creation of report is not possible in short time
