SRM learning material-Fresher to SRM

Hi Experts,

I have just joined a new project which is on SRM 7. All these days i have been working on ABAP. As i absolutely new to the SRM areas i am having a real tough time in grasping the SRM concepts.

Can you experts please help with relevant SRM documents so that i can study them and gain knowledge on the same.

Any help is deeply appreciated.
