Routing rules in Exchange

Dear experts-

We are trying to setup inbound notification to SAP system. Does any one point me to good documents in setting up routing rules fo rindbound emails. I followed the docu ment below.  I am able to configure most of it. But I am not able to find where to setup the routing rules. Please let me know if anyone has doen this before

Hi John,

Could you able to configure the routing rules on mail server? please someone explain the process how to configure the routing rules on email server.

I followed the offline approval configuration guide and did all basis relateed activities but coudnlt figure out routing rules on mail server...

Help would be appreciated.
