Weird problem during Activity creation

Hi Friends,

I am facing an issue while creating activities in Projects. Am trying to create an activity in an existing network which is already in REL status. While creating a new activity, I get a warning message pop-up saying "Operations not released: Network header is TFRE". Then the network header turns from REL to PREL. Weirder thing is that, this does not happen all the times. Many of my attempts led to proper creation of activities. But this is very random and creating problems. Looked up for this on the internet but did not get any help.

Hi Guru,

Thanks for prompt response. I checked this note. But the warning message which I am getting is different from the ones given in that note. So this does not look like will suit my issue here.

Initially I did not understand what this TFRE means. Later I got some help.sap.com in german language. There I found a statement which means "The order is Partially released". This is what is happening in my case.
