Travel Management Module

I  would like to implement travel management module in to my company can anybody help me out from scratch?

IT17 is mandatory in Travel managment.

Hello Siva,

i configured Travel management

while testing, TRIP & PR05 are succesfully saved

and in Travel Expence Manager (pr05) status is Trip Approved and Settled

while going to Approval of Trip (PRAP) giving error like

No trip data could be found for selected criteria

Message no. 56007

i checked in the forum but i didn't get a solution

please can you help me.

I am moving this to the Travel Management forum but are you trying to use a function module to approve or perhaps to create the trip?

This error usually only occurs if there is no trip data or else if you are trying to run a statistical report such as one of the S_AHR* reports so it wouldnt suggest its something that would occur in the usual design?

thank you for reply,

sheetal, i configured travel number range correctlly (trip no. range in Tcode- PR10)

sally, after configuration for testing purpose

1. TRIP (create employee trip, trip no. 0000000006)

i cross checked in PR10 in the current no. it is showing 10

2. PR05 for Tavel expenses approved and settled

3. PRAP error comming ( No trip data could be found for selected criteria  Message no. 56007)

please help me regarding this...

Hi,

Trip approved in PR05 cannot be approved in PRAP once again. I believe this is the reason why you are getting the error. You may verify this by creating another trip in PR05 > approve it in PR05 > then try to approve same trip in PRAP. You must get same error message.

thank you for reply,

i create another trip for employee and the same error is comming in PRAP.

when i go for PREC (settlement of trip) in test run it showing Personnel number accounted - 1,

selected trips - 1, accounted trips - 1

but in the Live run it showing all 0 (zeros)

what could be the problem, can you suggest how to do remaining also for PRFI & PRRW
