Good Day All,
I have a question which relates to the Minimum Amount of time to implement SPM, the assumptions here are that the client has a ready and waiting landscape with all the prerequisites. The implementation will be literally out of the box, but the client will have done no data cleansing or enrichment.
Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreaciated!
regards
Graham
Graham - Based on assumption that -
1. Client doesn't need any data cleansing - enrichment service
2. The infrastructure landscape is ready for implementation
3. Source data system complexity is low - not more than 3 systems
I think the out of box solution implementation doesn't take more than 6 weeks.
Hope this answers your question.
Thanks

A plain vanilla OOTB (out of the box) implementation can be done within 3 months. If you also do Data Enrichment and Classification that could take an additional month.

I'm moving this discussion Getting Started with SCN to SAP Spend Performance Management, where you're more likely to get a response.
