Dear All,

Recently I have migrated 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.2. DBUA complited successfully.

I have also complited all postupgrade task.

Now in SAP : System --> Status shows database release 11.2.0.2

But in SM51 -->> Release Notes  shows :  Database Client Library : OCI_102 (10.2.0.1.0)

Is there any step missing ?

Thanks in advance,

Nirav

Hi,

What about reading the chapter "postinstallation steps" on the SAP Upgrade guide:

http://service.sap.com/instguides => database upgrades => Oracle =>

Upgrade to Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2): UNIX

From the top of my head and not necessary in that order:

1) Install latest SBP (note, why upgrade to 11.2.0.2 and not to 11.2.0.3?)

2) Install latest version for BR*TOOLS

3) Apply Delivered Statistics

4) Calculate sytem and dictionary statisics

5) apply scripts for DBSTATC and Parameter check (DB16/DB17)

6) correct oracle parameters

I'm sure I'm leaving something out
