control key & certificate type

Dear All ,

We want  to use the Control key & Certificate type and associated controls to it .

Is it required to use the QM in procurement activation which is client level mandatory in material master ?

or without QM in procurement activation is it possible by any way  ?

If your question is "Is it required to use the QM in procurement for having controls on -Control key & Certificate type "  ,then answer is YES ...Its mandetory & wothout control key these controls can not be used !

Hello,

Yes, QM Proc Active is @ Client Level. So if activated for a plant, it will be activated for all in which a material exists.

Use relevant QM Control key where you want QM along with Certificate Type whereas use QM Control Key-000 (No Active function) where you do not want to use QM Proc Active function
