Sales Order status as fully delivery, as soon as Delivery is created, even before picking

As soon as I save the outbound delivery without picking quantities in the sales order the status becomes fully delivered and shows the total quantity as delivered quantity in the Schedule lines tab.

Has anybody has had this problem before? has an idea where is the problem?

         if you removed tick mark in ovlp t code picking ok then you can delivery the stock with out picking then stock will be reduced ,check in mmbe t code

so finally you check IN OVLP whether you removed tick mark ..

look at VTLA (copy control) and check the requirements at header level...
