Configure ESDMA of the SAP CRM Sales Mobile App on NW Mob 7.3.1

Hi everyone.

We are working into an implementation activity involving SAP CRM Sales

Mobile 2.0.2 and we've reached a point where a help is needed.

According of instructions on the document titled “Data Flow and

Monitoring Tools”, we could use NetWeaver Mobile 7.3.1. We followed the

instructions described into it, and we've this tool installed, but we

also have some issues that has come after this installation.

We are not being able to do the topic '8.2 Configure the SAP CRM Sales

Mobile Application' on the 'Setup and Configuration' document. The

role 'SAP_SDOE_ESDBR_DWLD' and the ESDMA 'MAS_CRMSALES_V2.0' don't

exist in NetWeaver Mobile 7.3.1 environment.

What have happened to this ESDMA and role in the NetWeaver Mobile 7.3.1?

Does NetWeaver Mobile 7.3.1 offers support to CRM Sales Mobile 2.0.2

with Sybase Unwired Platform?

What are the changes applied on NetWeaver Mobile 7.3.1 involving the

configuration 'ESDMA Application Setup'?

Does NetWeaver Mobile 7.3.1 offers support to CRM Sales Mobile 2.0.2
with Sybase Unwired Platform?

Question is not if NW MI 7.3.1 offer support but if CRM Sales supports your setup. And that's not the case. You'll need to use NW MI 7.00. The information I got from SAP was that there are no plans to add support for MI >7.00 anytime soon.

Use Netweaver Mobile 7.1 with sp14 and above .

Use Netweaver Gateway 1.1 with sp08.

NWM 7.3 is not supported by CRM Sales app.
