Hi
When using transaction LB12 to create a transfer order
for a posting change that is created in transaction MB1B, if there is only one
bin location at the start of the process in MB1B then when you go to create the
transfer order in LB12 the system will automatically create the destination bin
in the transfer order. If there are two bin locations at the start of the
process in MB1B for the same batch then you have the option to select the
source bin and destination bin in LB12. This functionality needs to be
available if there is only one bin available as most of the time although the
status of the bin changes the destination location remains the same. The
current way of working means the
operative needs to change the bin location back to the original location after
the status change, meaning extra transactions.
As per the current functionality the system checks the
material – plant – storage location – batch – stock type combination and
accordingly the source bin is getting determined automatically in LB12.
In case stock is placed in multiple bins, then only
the system provides an alternative to pick the source bin and subsequently the
destination bin. In case only single source bin exists, then the system
defaults the source and posting changes is carried out automatically to the
destination bins defined as per the configuration.
Requirement:
The functionality needs to be that you can determine the
destination bin even if there is only one source bin location.
I could not understand your problem exactly. could you please explain what exactly you want to have
