IUSSERH not getting updated in VUSREXTID

Hi,

We are doing manual user mapping , to test a few user ids.

When we create a new user in VUSREXTID table, the field IUSSERH , doesnt get populated, which inturn prevents role sync activities with sharepoint.

The same field is populated for some users.

I have also checked the IMG activity gateway to consumer connectivity , and issuer certificate is correctly maintained.

i have already checked the thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/2071793.

But that doesnt help.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi,

I am not sure if you can create a new entry with the ISSUERH field populdated from SM30. However, if you have one user that has the ISSERUH field populated, then I would recommend that you copy this user and change the usernames.

If you have no user yet, then user the "Map SAP User Names to Consumer" from the IMG. Run it was -- with the simple user mapping BADI as mentioned in the documentation -- and now copy individual users from SM30.

Hi Holger,

Yes i figured it out and created new users through the IMG activity and they were created.

Was just curious as to why we cannot create these values when we do it manually.
