Folder level Authorization in Easy Document Management

Hi DMS Experts,

I am getting issue in authorization at Folder level in Easy Document Management.

I have created FOL type and created 7 different folders for different departments like Purchase, Production, Sales etc.  In the authorization tab of every folders, different users are assigned with department head as an Admin role. Admin can add and remove the users as per the requirement. The same authorization is getting inherited to the documents created inside that folder.

That user which does not belong to the folder authorization can’t access. Which is not working but the authorization is getting inherited.

We are using SAP Easy DMS Version 7.1.0.0 and SAP_APPL, EA-APPL 605 release.

Looking forward for valuable response. As this a very urgent requirement.

Please tell me what config/setting/step I am missing?
