Vendor Quality notification

Dear All,

In SAP, we raise a vendor flash notification for their defects. Notification has been generated in the background while recording defects in result recording screen.

After notification has been generated, it should be send to vendor's mobile via SMS in a specific format. Is it possible to send a SMS from SAP?

It is possbile but not from QM side.Its integration of QM with mobile enterprise platform.

Yes as per defination of the badi NOTIF_EVENT_SAVE ,

You can use this Business Add-In for defects recording in mySAP PLM Quality Management by 

calling the function module IQS1_POST_NOTIFICATION.

Yes this possible through SAP MObile application or u need to take the help of an ABAP'r  for sending messages on mobile by using the workflow also.
