DN should only be created once both kits items have confirmed quantity

Dear SD gurus,

Here our requirement is when there is an confirmed qty of header and as well as sub components of BOM then only the system can will allow to create a delivery document

Now when we creating the Sales order, if the KIt components are not available it is showing as the delivery group 02 has created and it is giving othere confiramtion date differ to the header material which is not accepting by the user.

If it is achieved by the "Create delivery group" from the Item category template VOV7 which one we will take either X or A or Blank, if we have taken any of these what would be the system reaction for these
