Sales man wise target and achievement mapping

Dear All,

Below given client requirement required to be mapped in SAP R/3, I want to know whether we can map in standard R/3.

Sales persons are given month wise sales target for a financial year (in INR)

Sales person, sales managers created as employee in SAP HR module as different two partner type and have employee code

Sales persons & Sales managers employee codes are assigned with customers code in customer master (different sales persons for different sales area)

Now each sales employee  & Sales managers will get month wise sales incentive as per sales achievement for the respective months.

Incentive calculation will be achievement % based on sales employee basic gross salary (for example if sales perosn achieveed 90 % of sales target and he is eligible for 4% and his gross monthly salary is 50000 then he will get Rs. 2000 for the month)

I know in Co-PA sales target can be maintained but do not knwo about toal functionality.

Plz revert with possible solution whether we can map this scnenario in standard SAP.
